To create an account and start making Lottay pages, you need to submit a valid email address, first and last name, and password. We will use your email address to communicate with you about your account. We will also use it to communicate with you about the Lottay service in general. Email invitations to view Lottay pages are controlled by individual Lottay members and are not subject to Lottay corporate control.

Information posted by individuals on the Lottay pages or forums is public and visible to anyone visiting those pages.
Lottay uses cookies to make it easy for you to navigate the site and so we can improve your experience when using the site. We will email you information regarding your account and product updates. If you choose not to receive these notifications you may unsubscribe from our email notifications although this will impair your use of our service.

You may use Lottay to invite others to view your photos and gift pages. We will use the email addresses you provide only to send an invitation to view your account. Lottay will not sell or share the recipients’ email addresses, or add them to any mailing lists.
Please be aware that if you post a link to your Lottay pictures on your own website or the websites of others, or share your pictures with friends or family members who post your share invitation on a website or forward it to other individuals, these pictures may be accessible to additional people who view the email or visit these websites.
